Fortnite All-Star Showdown: Stream, schedule, players

We may be taking a pause on the next wave of FNCS, but in the meantime, Epic and BLAST will be hosting the first-ever FNCS All-Star Showdown that will put up a $3,000,000 prize pool.

Competitive Fortnite has just seen another FNCS done and dusted with after the conclusion of Season 6’s FNCS over the course of May 28-30. While there were some expected results in regions such as North America West, intense action is something we were overwhelmed with over the weekend.

This is going to be the BLAST organizers first foray into Fortnite esports and they’re going big to start out.

Famous for their CSGO events, BLAST is going to help put together the multi-regional Fortnite All-Star Showdown.

The FNCS All-Star Showdown is a brand new event for the best players from this past FNCS, and if you are looking to see who has qualified, we have got you covered.

The official stream is going to broadcast EU, NAW, NAE, and BR regions of the All-Stars Showdown.

But you can also catch the broadcast on the official FNCS All-Star Showdown Live Stream or the YouTube channel.

Fortnite All-Star Showdown schedule and dates

There’s going to be a few events scattered throughout the All-Star festivities. The Fortnite All-Star Showdown officially begins on June 23 and ends on June 26.

This will include a congested schedule that will keep Fortnite fans busy throughout the entire week.

Fortnite All-Star Showdown events

Even in the lead up to the stacked All-Star event, Epic is going to have multiple events to get the hype going with multiple events.

Hype Days will start on from June 11-13 where streamers and Fortnite Creators will host their own challenges and tourneys focused on the FNCS All-Star Showdown and the Creative skills challenges.

Solo All-Star Play In (June 18-20)

For people that still dream about playing in the All-Star event, there’s actually a glimmer of hope to get yourself in the action.

All eligible Champion League players will be able to compete for 10 spots in each region.

Round 1:

• Open to all eligible Champion League Players

Round 2:

• Europe, NAE, NAW, and Brazil – Top 2000 players in each Region from Round 1
• Asia, OCE, and Middle East – Top 1000 Players in each Region from Round 1

Round 3:

• Europe and NAE – Top 600 players in each Region from Round 2
• NAW and Brazil – Top 500 players in each Region from Round 2
• Asia, OCE, & Middle East – Top 350 players in each Region from Round 2

Round 4:

• Top 100 players in each Region from Round 3

Skills Challenge (June 23-24)

The bracket style for the Blueprint Battle at the Fortnite All-Star Showdown.

There’s going to be three bracket-style Skills Challengers that will test building, editing and aiming.

The competitions will be a double-elimination bracket-style competition with eight players in each game. Contestants can be found down below.

Blueprint Battle on June 23 will test the fastest builders as they try to edit themselves out of a course.

Bullseye Bonanza on June 23 will test how accurate competitors are as they try to hit targets to progress through the map.

High Tier on June 24 will be a race to crank 90s, tunneling and waterfalling through an impossible map. Fastest players advance until there’s only one winner left.

Play for Keeps (June 25)

A team competition called Play for Keeps will disable builds and test who has the best overall Fortnite skills.

Teams will vie for control over the Play for Keeps Llama to earn points while they keep it away from the other teams.

It’s going to be a 3v3 mote with four FNCS Trios in each region in a single-elimination bracket.

FNCS All-Star Solo Championship (June 26)

The entire week will boil down to the FNCS All-Star Solo Championship that will have players battling over six games to crown a winner.

It’s going to folow Solo Cash Cup points format with a tweak. Whoever has the most eliminations by the end of each match will get a bonus prize varying between $113-$1,020 depending on the region. Person with the most points will the FNCS All-Star Solo Champion.

It was Reverse2K’s, Deyy, and Mero’s time to shine, as they took home the FNCS crown once again.

To no one’s surprise, we saw the first three-time FNCS Champions as Arkham, Rehx, and Epikwhale once again stood atop the leaderboard at the end of North America West.

Brazil

Brazil’s past FNCS winner was none other than the newly crowned Faze Clan member, K1NG.

One aspect to keep in mind is that Muz, looter and speedy are all moving to North America East in the next few weeks, so it is unclear which region they will be taking part in!

Fortnite All-Star Skills Challenge

Along with the main competition, there’s also going to be three Skills Challenges with invitees testing their individual mechanics.

There’s going to be a lot of Fortnite action throughout the All-Star Showdown, with a ton of ways to earn rewards and watch the action.
