Leakers have discovered hidden Fortnite files suggesting a giant robot is being created, potentially to battle the monster that has roamed the map in recent weeks.
Players are eagerly awaiting the end of Season 9 with the leaked Cattus event still yet to take place, despite multiple map changes in recent weeks at both Polar Peak and Pressure Plant.
A giant sea monster was spotted circling the map with pieces of Polar Peak on its back, and an Epic Games director has been dropping hints on Twitter that something is under construction at the plant.
In a newly-discovered game file, leakers were able to reveal images of a giant robot that is seemingly being built, potentially to fight the monster in an epic battle.
When comparing the footprint of the monster to the foot of the robot, the two seem fairly similar in size. However, when compared to a Fortnite character model, their true size is evident – meaning players could be a treated to a Godzilla-like fight on the map.
Around 1-2 hours ago, Epic released a AES key to decrypt a encrypted .pak file.
The .pak file contains the left foot of a robot called "Doggus", and it's definitely related to the changes at Pressure Plant. pic.twitter.com/tMedQYU6oz

The robot is named “Doggus” in the hidden game files and a leaked week 10 challenge seemingly confirms it is being built at Pressure Plant as players are tasked with “collecting metal from a robot factory”.
One year on from the first ever Fortnite in-game event – the villain base rocket launch – it seems that a massive battle will go down before the end of the season, which could cause wide-scale destruction across the map ahead of Season 10.
The Robot foot is huge as you all can see…
