Epic Games are offering players the chance to unlock the exclusive ‘Boogiedown’ emote and it does not cost a single V-Buck to do so.
The Epic rarity emote is completely free to own, and all players have to do to be awarded with it is simply enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their Epic Games account.
2FA is a tool that drastically increases the security of accounts because it requires an additional code to be entered when logging and signing in.
Once its been enabled on an account, 2FA becomes activated the first time the user signs in after enabling the feature, using a new device, signing in for the first time in 30 or more days, or signing in after having recently cleared their browser cookies.
In any of those circumstances, users will be required to enter the username and password as usual, but also will have to enter a two-factor passcode either via an authentication app or an email address authentication.
Users that opt-in to use the 2FA feature will have the Boogiedown emote be granted to their account, as well as these multitude of items in the Save the World mode:

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication is a very simple process that can be done so in minutes. Users have to go to their Account Settings and click on the PASSWORD & SETTINGS tab to view their security settings.
At the bottom of the page, there is an area where the account owner can choose to either enable 2FA via the authentication app or email authentication as their two-factor method.
Those who want to use an app, Epic recommend to use one of the following common authenticators that can be downloaded from a mobile device app store:
- Google Authenticator
- LastPass Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
