Week Four of Epic Games’ ‘Summer Skirmish’ competitive Fortnite: Battle Royale series will feature two Solo tournaments with $500,000 in prizes.
Day Two (Saturday, August 3) is set to take place at 1 PM EST (10 AM PST, 6 PM BST). NotVivid won the Day One tournament and the $60,000 first prize.
‘Summer Skirmish’ is an eight week slate of matches and tournaments hosted by Epic Games on the weekends with $8 million in prize money being offered.

Various professional players, content creators, and other notable personalities are invited by Epic to participate, while some of the top competitors from the ‘Solo Showdown’ mode also receive spots in the event. The winners tend to come from the Solo Showdown invites, including NotVivid on August 2.

Solo Showdown Top Performers
Format – ‘Hold the Throne’
The first player to reach 8 or more points by the end of the competition wins. Victory Royales and Eliminations in this competition will be scored to determine placement at the end of the event. The player with the most eliminations in a single match will “Hold the throne” and hold a bonus point until dethroned.
- Victory Royale: +2 Points
- 2nd and 3rd Place: +1 Point
- 4 or more Eliminations: +1 Point
- Hold the Throne (Most Eliminations in a Single Match): +1 Point, $50,000
