Two more loading screens for Fortnite Season 8, Week 5 and Week 6, have been uncovered by data miners following the v8.20 patch, and will be very useful for those aiming to complete the Discovery Challenges.
There’s been plenty said about the new update, v8.20, with a number of changes made in Season 7 like health and shield for eliminations, material cap and harvesting rate, all reversed.
This has caused a stir in the community, taking some of the attention away from the new items added in such as the Poison Trap and Foraged items.
The data miners certainly haven’t been distracted though, and as usual with every new update, have done some digging to uncover the loading screens unlocked for Week 5 and 6, through the Discovery Challenges.
You will unlock these loading screens (courtesy of @lucas7yoshi_) after completing all of the seven weekly challenges, with the Week 5 ones set to go live on Thursday, March 28.

The Week 5 loading screen also shows a character wielding some kind of bow – which is expected to be added to Fortnite soon.
More importantly, these loading screens include the clues needed to find the hidden battle star on the map, which will also be available after completing all seven weekly challenges.
Both loading screens for week 5 and 6 are pretty dark, which is uncommon in Fortnite, so perhaps Season 8 is set to take a more sinister turn, with the Volcano still threatening impending doom.
Once the Week 5 challenges are available, we will have a full guide on how to complete them, and the location of the hidden battle pass star or banner.
