Epic Games has added the Offroad Flyer as one of two brand-new vehicles in LEGO Fortnite, so here’s how to craft the offroader to make traveling over harsh terrain a breeze.
LEGO Fortnite was hit with the 30.40 update on August 6, the last major content update for the mode before Chapter 5 Season 4 arrives. This featured the vehicular additions of the Kart Racer and the Offroad Flyer.
This guide focuses on how to unlock and craft the Offroad Flyer, so here’s everything you need to know.
How to unlock Offroad Flyer
To unlock the Offroad Flyer recipe in LEGO Fortnite, you must craft a Power Cell, Blast Powder, and Frostpine.
A Power Cell is the hardest to make, as you need to place 50 Biomass and 6 Glass inside a Compost Bin. Meanwhile, Blast Powder can be crafted with 4 Rough Ore and 1 Coal, and Frostpine can be obtained by chopping a tree down in the Frostlands area with an Epic Axe.
How to craft Offroad Flyer
You will need to collect a lot of different materials to craft the individual items required and build the complete Offroad Flyer Vehicle in LEGO Fortnite.

Here are all the materials you need to build the Offroad Flyer:
- 28 Wooden Rod
- 39 Wood
- 6 Plank
- 40 Granite
- 13 Cord
- 8 Blast Powder
- 6 Silk Fabric
- 4 Frostpine Rod
- 13 Torch
- 2 Glass
Once you have collected all the required resources, go to the build menu, choose the Offroad Flyer blueprint, and place the foundations on the ground to start building.
Simply, just follow the six in-game steps to assemble the Offroad Flyer by placing each item in the instructed areas. It should only take around a minute to place all the parts and fully assemble your brand-new offroader.
Epic’s 30.40 update for LEGO Fortnite has also added the brand-new Fast Travel network via Battle Bus Stations to make traveling much easier, the Pirate Lifestyle Bundle, and much more.
