We’re into the final week of Fortnite’s Season 10, and Epic Games have given players some final challenges to take on ahead of the start of Season 11 in the form of the ‘Out of Time’ Overtime Mission.
Season 10 is set to come to a dramatic conclusion on Sunday, October 13, with the mysterious “The End” event set to fire a rocket high into the sky, with some believing that players will be transported to an entirely new map by the start of the new season.
With just over a week to go, Epic Games have once again released a series of Overtime challenges, titled the Out of Time Mission, to give fans a final chance to earn XP, Battle Stars, and some brand-new skin styles for their efforts.
Fortnite Out of Time Mission challenges
The Out of Time Mission offers players eight new challenges to complete, with players tasked with collecting six Visitor recordings which take the form a golden cassette tape with the Fortnite logo, ahead of the event which he appears to be the mastermind behind, along with dealing damage to opponents and outlasting enemies too.
The good news is Epic Games have provided the locations players need to go to pick up the recordings, so no aimlessly hunting around the island in the hopes of stumbling across one.

Fortnite Out of Time Mission rewards
There are also some special rewards bundled into the Out of Time Missions, with players able to earn up to 35,000 XP, which can be used to rank up and earn some last-minute Battle Stars for the Season 10 Battle Pass.
There are also three special skin styles for some classic Fortnite characters, with Yond3r, Sparkle Supreme and Eternal Voyager all receiving new looks.
The challenges officially go live on Tuesday, October 8, and run for a five day period, with the Out of Time Mission closing on Sunday, October 13 at 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM BST.
