FaZe Clan member Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has come up a hilarious way to punish fellow pro player XXiF, who controversially qualified for the Fortnite World Cup five weeks after being suspended for cheating.
XXiF was found guilty of cheating in Week 3 of World Cup Qualifiers, and was forced to serve a two week suspension, handed down by Epic Games, as punishment.
Fortnite Battle Royale’s next in-game event.
While discussing the ‘Cattus’ event, which is expected to see a gigantic monster roam the Fortnite map after breaking its way out of Polar Peak, the 28-year-old revealed how he would like to see the supposed dragon appear in the game, and swallow up the player as a fitting punishment for his crimes.
“They should make the dragon come out at the World Cup Final,” the Twitch streamer told his audience, “And he should just eat XXiF. Just get [Epic Games] to go in there and program ‘dragon attack’ and just XXiF’s name, and no matter where he goes, how he builds, just make the dragon eat XXiF. I think that’s really fair.”

NICKMERCS continued: “This is my opinion and I’m entitled to it. I personally think the dragon should be released right when XXiF lands and blows him into smithereens, and I want him to panic like that one kid at PAX like ‘What the fuck! What the fuck!’”
While the FaZe Clan member’s idea may sound far-fetched, it definitely wouldn’t be the first time that Epic Games through a major spanner in the works at a tournament, with many pro players still haunted by memories of the Winter Royale, which was overrun by competitors wielding the ridiculously powerful Infinity Blade.
Of course, it’s extremely unlikely that Epic Games would target a specific player in a major tournament, but maybe XXiF should keep one eye on the sky at all times during the World Cup, just to make sure no humongous beasts are sizing him up as a snack.
