Fortnite’s Chapter 6 map features NPCs that can assist in battles and quests, or offer your valuable loot in exchange for Gold Bars. This guide provides all their locations for easy navigation.
In Battle Royale, interacting with NPCs offers unique advantages. Chapter 6 Season 1: Hunters has continued this staple feature by scattering several characters around the map.
Each NPC brings distinct benefits; trading valuable items for powerful weapons or services, while bosses provide strong loot and exclusive Mythic rewards upon defeat.
Here’s a list of all the NPCs and their locations in Fortnite for Chapter 6.
All Fortnite NPC character locations on Chapter 6 map
13 NPC characters can be found spread across the Chapter 6 map, which are all marked on this season’s Fortnite island map image below.
Each NPC spawns in a fixed location every match, except for two: Bushranger, who spawns randomly within the Nightshift Forest POI roaming the area, and Ryuji, who appears at one of seven Giant Turtle locations, with the specific spot changing randomly each match.
Canyon Crossing, Hopeful Heights, and Nightshift Forest are the only POIs with multiple NPCs. At Canyon Crossing and Hopeful Heights, two NPCs remain close to each other, making them relatively easy to locate.
Nightshift Forest, however, features three NPCs. While Kendo and Jade stay near one another, Bushranger’s random spawn points throughout the forest add an extra challenge to finding him.
You can easily track all NPCs using the Characters tab in your in-game menu, which marks their locations on the map.
Most NPCs this season are positioned centrally on the map, offering convenient access compared to previous seasons. The notable exception is Vengeance Jones, who is located in the southeastern corner of the Battle Royale island at Hopeful Heights.
Keep in mind, if an NPC is missing from its usual location, it’s likely been defeated or recruited by another player.

Upcoming NPC characters
Baymax and Godzilla
As the season progresses, we can expect more NPCs to be added, including potential additions like Baymax and Godzilla, who appear in this season’s Battle Pass, as well as more collaborations with major franchises.
King Kong
King Kong is also believed to be making its way onto the Battle Royale island as a potential NPC boss this season. Renowned Fortnite dataminer Loolo_WRLD, has uncovered intriguing new tags added by Epic Games under a presumed boss codenamed “Banana.”
The tags describe actions like growling, roaring, stepping, and thumping—details that, when paired with the “Banana” codename and the Godzilla x Kong trademark, strongly hint that Kong could soon unleash chaos in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1.
Koi Agent Chigusa and Tigress
Trusted Fortnite leaker Blortzen has revealed two new original NPCs that are alleged to be joining the in-game character rosters this season. These are Koi Agent Chigusa and Tigress. Both NPCs are Supply Specialists on the Battle Royale island, offering a modern take on the ancient Japan theme.
Koi Agent Chigusa sports a striking black-and-red Outfit, wielding dual axes for a fierce, tactical look. In contrast, Tigress embodies a bold gold-and-black Samurai aesthetic, featuring a mechanical gold arm and a commanding shoulder pad that exudes strength and sophistication.
All of the mentioned upcoming NPCs in Fortnite have not yet been confirmed by Epic Games, so take these leaked characters with a grain of salt.
