Fans of the popular PlayStation series God of War are anxiously awaiting the release date for the next entry in the franchise, Ragnarok, but are going about trying to acquire information about the game in one of the worst ways possible.
God of War Ragnarok is reportedly still on track to release in 2022, but when that will remains unknown for the time being.
As players everywhere anticipate news from Sony Santa Monica on the highly-anticipated title, some have been a bit nefarious when contacting developers for the game for potential leaks.
According to Cinematics Producer Estelle Tigani, some have started sliding into her DMs with more than just questions. And that’s putting it lightly.

On Twitter, the producer lashed out at fans demanding to know the release date, explaining how she had been sent multiple exposing pictures in the process.

“Pro tip: sending me dick pics asking for the God of War Ragnarok release date will not, in fact, get me to reveal the release date,” Tigani advised. “To the people who are doing so, when did that ever work for you?!”

The developer included an iconic GIF of NBA legend Michael Jordan saying, “Stop it. Get some help.” And the internet is most definitely on her side.
“Those kinds of people, in particular, do not represent the true fans of God of War. Personally it hurts me that they bother the developers like this,” one player commented.

As for when the release date will actually be revealed, a recent report from leaker Tom Henderson is claiming that the announcement has been delayed despite originally expected at some point in June.
In any case, sending unwanted penis photos isn’t going to make video games release any sooner. If they did, we’d all be playing GTA 6 right now.
