Genshin Impact has been one of the most popular gacha games since its surprise launch in September 2020, and its player count is still strong over four years later.
HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact has been a massive success and paved the way for more titles including Honkai Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. With a big roster of characters, exciting action-combat, and an open world to explore there’s a lot of content to dive into.
In November 2024, Genshin still retains a huge fanbase, and we’ve got a rundown of the player count below.

One of the biggest gacha games released in 2024 was Solo Leveling: Arise, based on the popular anime of the same name. However, Genshin is massively ahead of Arise regarding player count at the time of writing.
