Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the widely popular RPG from Respawn Entertainment, may be getting new content if a deleted tweet from notable industry insider Shinobi602 is to be believed.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was an insanely popular game, to say the least. The RPG sold millions of copies and was praised critically for its combat and storyline. A few months after release in May 2020, the game got a huge update, which added in new training rooms, skins, and more.
After this, however, developer Respawn Entertainment went silent. There’s been no major updates for the title since that point and there’s been no hints that any new content is on the way. That is, until now.
As spotted by Wccftech, notable gaming insider Shinobi602 recently tweeted that there was “more content coming down the pipe for DOOM and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order”, hinting that fans may be getting more stuff to sink their teeth into in the coming days. As of the time of this writing, the post has been deleted.
Unfortunately, it’s unclear exactly what he meant. While it would make sense that Shinobi would have inside information, the fact that Respawn has only supported the game via patches and one small post-launch drop makes it seem like there are no long term plans with the franchise.

Of course, we already know a sequel to the game is in the works thanks to other industry insiders, but getting more content for this entry seems a little hard to believe. It’s also possible that a next-gen version of the title would include more content, although this is purely speculation.
It’s also possible that Shinobi misspoke, so take the above with a massive grain of salt. Still, it would be interesting to get more content for the game, especially when it’s so well received.
Here’s hoping that if there is new content, that EA will announce it in the near future.
