Like the original, the Dead Space remake is an EA title, but are you able to access it on EA Play? Here’s what you need to know.
The remake of Dead Space released earlier this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and it saw much fanfare by horror fans for its spooky factor and attention to detail.
Dead Space (2023) is a ground-up remake of the 2008 original title and retells Isaac Clarke’s perilous journey through the Ishimura spaceship while ravenous Necromorphs try to devour him. EA Play members may be hoping the game is included in their subscription, so here’s what we know.
Dead Space on EA Play
Dead Space is currently available on EA Play Pro for subscribed members, and will be added to the standard EA Play subscription tier on October 26, 2023.
So EA Play subscribers who are not currently attached to the Pro tier will be able to start playing Dead Space just in time for Halloween. As many EA Play titles also appear on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the game will also be launching there on the same date.
It also joins the original Dead Space trilogy, which has been available on the service since its original inception. It is currently unknown if a remake of Dead Space 2 or 3 is currently planned.
