The current and future banners in Genshin Impact allow Travelers to obtain new characters and try out different team comps. Like most gacha games, these banners regularly change, impacting pick rates and the all-important tier list.

What is the current Genshin Impact banner?
The Genshin Impact 5.3 Phase 1 banner is the “Ancient Flame Ablaze” that features the 5-star Pyro unit Mavuika. The “Starry Night’s Whispers” banner is also available in Phase 1 which includes the 5-star Cyro character Citlali.

When does the current Genshin Impact banner end?
The version 5.3 Phase 1 banners will end on January 21, 2025 which gives Travelers plenty of time to save up Primogems and spend them on their banners.

Genshin Impact weapon banner
The Genshin Impact weapon banner is the Epitome Invocation. The 5.3 Phase 1 banner includes the following weapon rate-ups:
5-star weapons
- A Thousand Blazing Suns (Claymore)
- Starcaller’s Watch (Catalyst)
4-star weapons
- Lithic Blade (Claymore)
- Favonius Sword (Sword)
- Sacrificial Sword (Sword)
- Favonius Lance (Polearm)
- Favonius Codex (Catalyst)
- The Stringless (Bow)
The weapon banner will also end on January 15, 2025, so players will have plenty of time to obtain the new set of weapons.
Next banners
Phase 2 of version 5.3 is set to feature rerun banners for 5-star Electro unit Clorinde, and 5-star Pyro user Arlecchino. The new Anemo 4-star Lan Yan will also be available to pull for in both banners.
