The current and future banners in Genshin Impact allow Travelers to obtain new characters and try out different team comps. Like most gacha games, these banners regularly change, impacting pick rates and the all-important tier list.

What is the current Genshin Impact banner?
The Genshin Impact 5.1 Phase 2 banner is ‘The Moongrass Entitlement’ which features a rerun for the 5-star Dendro unit Nahida. You can also grab a copy of 5-star Pyro unit Hu Tao during her rerun ‘Moment of Bloom‘ banner.
The 4-star characters you can get from both banners are:
- Sethos (Electro)
- Xingqiu (Hydro)
- Kuki Shinobu (Electro)
When does the current Genshin Impact banner end?
The version 5.1 Phase 2 banners will end on November 19, 2024, which gives Travelers plenty of time to save up Primogems and spend them on their banners.

Genshin Impact weapon banner
The Genshin Impact weapon banner is the Epitome Invocation. The 5.1 Phase 2 banner includes the following weapon rate-ups:
5-star weapons
- A Thousand Floating Dreams (Catalyst)
- Staff of Homa (Polearm)
4-star weapons
- Fruitful Hook (Claymore)
- Lion’s Roar (Sword)
- Dragon’s Bane (Polearm)
- Eye of Perception (Catalyst)
- Favonius Warbow (Bow)
The Genshin Impact 5.0 Phase 2 weapon banner will also end on November 19, 2024, so players will have plenty of time to obtain the new set of weapons.
Next banners
During the official version 5.2 livestream, HoYoverse revealed that the new 5-star Anemo unit Chasca will be available during Phase 1, alongside a rerun banner for Lyney. Electro 4-star Ororon will also receive a huge drop-rate boost in both banners.
Phase 2 will include rerun banners for Zhongli, and Neuvilette. The 4-stars that will run alongside them have yet to be revealed.
