The Genshin Impact Yae Miko banner rerun enables Travelers to pull for the 5-star Electro character, but is she worth the Primogems?

Yae Miko is set to receive her long-awaited rerun in Genshin Impact version 4.4. She is one of the strongest units in the game and is a staple for Dendro teams. In the beginning, she was not as good, but currently, she is a must-have for both new players as well as veterans.

Yae Miko is known for her AoE Electro attacks that enable her to make short work of grouped enemies. So, if you wondering whether you should spend your Primogems on the game’s Yae Miko banner or simply wish to unlock her powerful Constellation buffs, then you’ll be wondering if she is worth pulling for.

If you’re unsure as to whether you should roll for the 5-star Catalyst user, our handy guide is here to help make that decision easier.

Is Yae Miko worth pulling in Genshin Impact?

Yes, Yae Miko is definitely a worthwhile pull unit in Genshin Impact. However, you have to understand her strengths and make the most of her accordingly. Yae Miko is quite powerful and her E and Q abilities deal a lot of damage.

However, if you try to use her as a main DPS, you are bound to feel a bit clunky. Apart from that, her ultimate ability has a very high energy cost, which makes using her as a main DPS inconsistent at times. On the contrary, if you decide to use her as a sub-DPS, that is a different story altogether.

Yae Miko functions best if you run her alongside Dendro teams. The Electro reaction works at its finest when you are triggering Quicken, Spread, and Aggravate. Therefore, pairing her in a team alongside Tighnari, Nahida, Alhaitham, and other Dendro units will be the most optimal.

In such a team, Yae Miko’s E ability deals massive damage and can completely demolish bosses while your main DPS can finish off the rest. You can use Nahida’s E ability and drop Yae Miko’s turrets to function on their own. In the meantime, your on-field DPS which can be either Tighnari or Alhaitham will consistently damage the boss.

The biggest strength of the aforementioned Yae Miko pairings is that their scaling is infinite. In other words, the more you invest in weapons and constellations, the more damage this team will deal. A highly invested Yae Miko when paired with a powerful Nahida and a Tighnari or Alhaitham has one of the fastest clear speeds in the Spiral Abyss even to this day.

Additionally, if you are investing in a Constellation 6 Yae Miko with a Refinement 5 Kagura’s Verity, you can easily run her in any way you like as she will demolish all content in the game with ease.
