Navia is a Geo 5-star unit in Genshin Impact that received a rerun alongside version 4.8 phase 1. If you are willing to pull for Navia, here is a detailed build covering her best artifacts, weapons, and team comp.
Navia is arguably one of the most stylish units in this game. Her design, story, aesthetics, and overall vibe is that of a top-tier unit and it is quite hard to ignore her even if you are the biggest free-to-play user in the world.
However, she is more than just her design, as her damage output is abnormally high. She is quite possibly one of the best DPS units in the game, on par with characters like Neuvillette. Therefore, she is a must-pull unit and if you did end up getting her, building Navia properly is a necessity.
Here is a detailed guide that will help you build Navia and ensure that she one-shots every enemy in the Spiral Abyss with ease.
Best Navia build in Genshin Impact

While this is the best build for Navia in Genshin Impact, if you are looking for alternate options or want to learn more about each component in the setup, we have discussed those in the following sections.
Best Artifacts for Navia
The best artifact set for Navia in Genshin Impact is Nightime Whispers. The set bonus for this artifact set has been presented below:
- 2-piece bonus: ATK +18%
- 4-piece bonus: Gain 20% Geo DMG Bonus after using an elemental skill. If you are under a shield granted by the crystallize reaction, this effect is enhanced by 150%. This additional increase appears 1s after the shield is lost.
Therefore, it is safe to say that this artifact set has been crafted specifically for Navia. You can try using some other sets like Archaic Petra or even Marechaussee Hunter. However, Nightime Whispers is the best choice for the maximum possible damage.
Best weapons for Navia
Verdict
Navia is an ATK scaling unit and she will benefit from any weapon that can boost the aforementioned stat. Her best weapon in the game is Verdict which has a pretty high base attack and provides CRIT Rate as a substat.
Additionally, the weapon increases ATK by 20%. Once party members obtain Elemental Shards from Crystallize Reactions, the equipping character will gain 1 Seal. The wearer will also gain an 18% Elemental Skill DMG boost. This seal will last for 15 seconds, and the wearer can have 2 at once. The effect will disappear after the Elemental Skill deals damage.
Wolf’s Gravestone
This is the second-best weapon for Navia in Genshin Impact. While Wolf’s Gravestone does not provide any Crit buffs, the ATK boost is massive. This weapon will boost Navia’s performance significantly, while also enhancing the damage of the entire team.
If you are running Xiangling in the party, the boost from Wolf’s Gravestone will enhance her damage as well which will improve the overall team output. The only downside to this weapon is that you will have to farm for really good artifacts to balance the Crit stats.
Serpent Spine
Serpent Spine is a viable 4-star option for Navia if you lack either of the aforementioned 5-star weapons. This weapon at Refinement 5 deals massive damage as its passive ability ensures a 100% ATK boost uptime as long as Navia does not take any damage.
The damage aspect can be fixed with a Zhongli in the team. This weapon also Crit Rate substat, making it easy to build Navia.
Navia Talent priority in Genshin Impact

- Elemental Skill
- Elemental Burst
Navia’s Elemental Skill is all her damage. You need to hold it to collect the Crystals and then shoot it on the enemy. Elemental Burst helps in creating the Crystals and deals little damage. However, the Elemental Skill is mandatory for Navia.

Best team comp for Navia
Navia is a hyper-carry, which means she relies on units that will assist her in battle. The best units to pair alongside Navia are Albedo, Xiangling, and Bennett. In this team, Xiangling and Bennett will enhance the overall output of the team, while Albedo will create even more crystals for Navia to collect.
However, if not Albedo, you can also run Navia alongside Zhongli or Ningguang. It is also possible to run Yelan in place of a second Geo character, but Xiangling and Bennett are kind of mandatory for Navia.

Navia pros and cons
The pros and cons of Navia are as follows:
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Massive damage output | Need to be close to enemy to deal damage |
Easy to use | Missing Crit can hamper damage rotation |
Best character to utilize Crystallize reaction |
Should you pull for Navia?
Yes, Navia is totally worth pulling in Genshin Impact. She is quite possibly the best Geo character in the game. Her damage output is insane and she is the only unit who can utilize the Crystallize reaction.
Navia is stylish, has beautiful animations, and can shut down enemies very fast. In fact, her damage is not very far from Neuvillette. She can also work in a wide range of teams as it is very easy to proc the Crystallize reaction and that is all she needs.
The only downside to Navia is her range as her E ability is basically a shotgun. If you are not close enough, some of the Geo pellets will miss and you will lose out on damage. However, that can be solved with Zhongli in your team.
