Rockstar Games have rolled out another update for GTA Online. While players might not think the new vehicles top the previous Formula 1 update, there’s still some interesting new content to unpack.
The game’s developers tend to shuffle the pack on a weekly basis and this week is no different. Those who regularly walk into the Diamond Casino for a free spin of the Lucky Wheel will notice that the podium prize has been rotated out.
Elsewhere, double GTA cash rewards and XP bonuses will be handed to those who play some particular modes, once again, and just logging in will see players pick up some limited edition gifts as well.
So, with a lot to get through, let’s take a look at everything included in the update – courtesy of reliable leaker @TezFunz2. Details should be confirmed later by Rockstar in a news post.
GTA Online update – What’s changed?
Nagasaki Stryder
The Stryder is this week’s new vehicle in GTA Online.
Those who have their eyes on the newest trike motorcycle to make it into the game will have to put their money where their mouth is, as it will set you back $670,000 from Legendary Motorsport.
GTA Casino Lucky Wheel rewards
Every week since the Diamond Casino & Resort opened in GTA 5, a new car has appeared on the Casino podium and can be won for free with just one spin of the Lucky Wheel.

If you’re lucky enough and it lands on the podium car prize, you can pick up a flashy Överflöd Imorgon for nothing. The vehicle is worth $2,165,000 and can be found at Legendary Motorsport, but don’t buy one just yet if you were considering it, because you could grab one here for free between March 5 and March 12.
Double GTA cash & XP, discounts and Twitch Prime rewards
To follow on from that, more GTA Online rewards and discounts have been activated per this update.
Those playing Bunker Adversary Modes, Missile Base Adversary Modes and Bunker Sell Missions will get double GTA cash rewards and XP bonuses for completing them.
Now, let’s run through some of the discounts as well. It’s worth noting Twitch Prime members who have linked their account to their Rockstar Social Club profile are entitled to a further 10% for everything on the list.
- Ruiner 2000 – 35% off
- Scramjet – 35% off
- Sultan RS – 35% off
- Mobile Operations Center, Renovations, Front and Rear Turrets & Liveries – 35% off
There’s also an exclusive deal for Twitch Prime members, which is a 35% discount on the Zhaba. All players logging in during the next week, lasting between March 5-12, will also get two in-game tshirts for free.
So, there you have it! That’s everything we know about GTA Online’s March 5 update so far, according to leaked information. If there’s anything else announced by Rockstar in an official blog post, we’ll keep you updated.
