Jaryd ‘Grand Theft Auto RP on Twitch are numbered, but he’s got an idea which could completely freshen up his experience – a brand new character.
The popular Twitch streamer, who has attracted audiences to the tune of 40,000 per stream while playing the online mod, has threatened to quit the game on more than one occasion after appearing to be burnt out.
His character, Charles Johnson, might well be deeply entangled in the gangster lifestyle but could be set to turn over a new leaf and move to the right side of the law in Los Santos.
If comments from his May 20 stream are anything to go by, it looks all but certain that Summit1g is set on taking up a brand new calling in GTA RP.
“I’m just worrying that I might be coming towards the end of my rope on RP in general,” he said during the broadcast. “I think that the only thing that could save me is being a cop, I guess because it might just be a different world, feeling, I guess.”

These comments come just days after the streamer complained about the activity of police, which forced him to exit the game on May 16 after having his movements continuously tracked.
At that point, Summit1g claimed that he wanted to shoot somebody before quitting the game for good. Of course, being a police officer would put a weapon in his hands, but it remains to be seen if those intentions are still there.
Summit1g has always been a streamer that moves from game to game and, as he says in the clip, explores different communities. If he does make the transition to becoming a cop, there’s a good chance that – ultimately – it’s the last we see of him playing the game.
