Best Jade team comp
Jade performs the best when she has a second AoE damage dealer in the team who can feed her stacks for her passive. As such, the best units to pair alongside Jade are Argenti, Huohuo, and Robin. In this team, Robin is the primary buffer, Argenti is the second damage dealer, and Huohuo is the healer.
If you do not have Argenti, you can also run Herta in this team. Himeko is also a good choice, but you need a third AoE unit to trigger Himeko‘s passive. In that case, a team with Himeko, Herta, and Robin works quite well.
Robin is a mandatory unit for this team as she is the best buffer for follow-up teams in this game.

Jade pros and cons

Perfect for Pure Fiction | Damage is severely restricted unless there are at least four or more enemies |
Should you pull for Jade?
Yes, Jade is worth pulling in Honkai Star Rail, but there are a few conditions you must be aware of. The first one is that Jade needs a second AoE DPS unit in the team. This is because Jade gains charges whenever she, or the unit who becomes Debt Collector, attacks an enemy.
Upon reaching 8 charges, she will launch a follow-up attack towards the enemy. The faster she gains the charges, the frequency of her follow-up attack will increase. This follow-up attack also increases Jade’s CRIT DMG which makes the Talent ability a very important part of her kit.
The second major requirement for Jade is Robin as you will need a buffer to enhance the damage output of the team. Robin is the best Harmony unit to pair alongside follow-up units. Finally, a healer like Huohuo is also a necessity to ensure that the team remains healthy during battle.
If you meet these conditions, Jade is a very good unit to have. However, you can only use her in Pure Fiction or for farming. She is not very good against single-target bosses.
