A Kick streamer celebrating Mardi Gras on the streets of New Orleans was forced to flee after a shooting erupted during his broadcast.
New Orleans’ annual Mardi Gras celebration devolved into chaos on Valentine’s Day when a Kick streamer captured the moment a woman was shot live on his IRL stream.
Kick streamer Iziprime was in town to check out the festivities and appeared to be having a good night until all hell broke loose with street fights and even shootings taking over.
In a series of clips, Iziprime captured multiple altercations that left him panicking and running to avoid being hit in the crossfire.
Shootings captured on Kick Mardi Gras stream
In one video, a fight started breaking out when a man punched another guy leading to an all-out brawl in the middle of the street.
As multiple people began beating the living daylights out of each other, gunfire rang out, causing Prime to make a run for it, trying to escape from the dangerous situation.
In another part, Prime was in the middle of a crowd when another shooting broke out, causing him to flee down the street and towards a parking garage.

A few moments later, yet another altercation occurred, causing the streaming to once again run away from the commotion.
This time, however, it seems like someone was actually shot as the streamer zoomed in on a woman receiving medical attention as she sat on the ground bleeding.

According to local media, at least two shooting incidents occurred that night. Police say one male victim was shot outside of Bee’s Cafe and another took place just miles up the road.
Meanwhile, WWLTV reports that the shooting was a result of a fight between a group of women and a man pulled out a gun, shooting three people, including a woman.
Iziprime was able to escape all the incidents unscathed, but it’s definitely one of the wildest IRL broadcast to take place on Kick since the platform broke onto the scene in 2023.
