xQc and Adin Ross criticized Hasan’s recent comments on how his streams were more draining than a regular job during a collab on Kick.
Hasan came under fire from several content creators recently after he compared his streaming career to traditional working hours, saying: “Yes, a real job can be gruesome, a real job can make you very tired, but a real job doesn’t suck the soul out of you, the same way that nine hours of streaming absolutely will.”
While Hasan clarified that he was specifically talking about social battery and how streaming impacted his social life, both his audience and other streamers called him out for the take.
Now, the biggest streamers on Kick have jumped on the bandwagon, as xQc and Adin Ross, who were streaming IRL on the alternative platform, took the opportunity to give their opinion on Hasan’s comment.

While they were walking through a shopping mall, Adin asked xQc and the other creators with them about their work as streamers, and if they’d rather work a traditional 9 to 5 instead.

The top Kick streamer said: “What do you guys think, is streaming harder than a regular job?” which got a big laugh out of xQc and the other streamers.
Adin continued: “Literally, nobody could ever say that. All I have to ask is this chat: Would you rather be a f*cking streamer or work a regular job? exactly. It’s one of the most stupid things you could possibly say!”
Top content creator Ludwig also gave his take on the situation, although his video was later taken down, with some viewers wondering if it was due to Hasan’s reaction.
While watching the Ludwig video, Hasan had said: “It’s literally just a way to farm off the f*ckin’ drama. …it’s odd that I have to sit here and be like, ‘Yeah, you’re right, dude. Wag your f*ckin’ finger at me.’ This bums me out more than random dumbf*cks online that are saying a bunch of dumb sh*t about my family, or whatever.”
