Korean League of Legends star Lee ‘Faker’ Sang-hyeok showcased his mechanical skill on Akali by pulling off an incredible outplay during his 27 December stream.
The SK Telecom T1 mid-laner has been widely regarded as one of the world’s best players for his clean mechanics and decision making on the Summoner’s Rift.
While streaming solo queue matches ahead of the 2020 LCK spring split, Faker reminded all of his viewers why he is held in such high regard by attempting to take on three opponents in-game.
During his match, the mid laner decided to dive behind his enemies turret and began bursting down the enemy carries’ health with his abilities.
After his teammate Vladimir had fallen, Faker managed to pick off the enemy support player before setting his eyes on DAMWON Gaming’s Heo ‘ShowMaker’ Su who still had full health remaining on his LeBlanc pick.
The young DAMWON pro played it about as well as he possibly could, even managing to root Faker in place with the Ethereal Chains for a brief moment in an attempt to escape.

However, it was not enough as the T1 star demonstrated his insane mechanics, hitting every single skill-shot during the skirmish before re-engaging to finish ShowMaker off with his ultimate.
Unfortunately for Faker, after pulling off the incredible Akali outplay, he found himself hunted down in the enemy team’s base with little means to escape.
Although he fell to the enemy jungler just seconds later, the damage had already been done as Faker’s team managed to snowball their lead to close the game out shortly after.
Faker fans will be happy to see him playing in such form, as his T1 roster will starting their upcoming tournament run in the KeSPA cup quarterfinals on December 31.
