League of Legends 10-year anniversary stream.
After much anticipation for the arrival of the popular MOBA’s 146th champion, Riot Games announced that they would be introducing Lucian’s long lost lover Senna to the Summoner’s Rift.
Senna will be League of Legends’ first-ever support champion that would be considered in the marksman class, bringing a unique twist to the usual bottom lane dynamic that is currently seen in player’s matches.
Although Riot had previously revealed the champion in an action-packed teaser, which saw Lucian freeing his counterpart from Thresh’s Lantern during the League10 stream, many fans had questions on what the unique support’s abilities would look like in-game.
However, the wait is now over for those eager fans, after the first in-game look at her abilities and character was shared by the official League of Legends Twitter.
Senna was being played in the laning phase alongside her duo Lucian while displaying each of her abilities on the opposing bot lane.

At the beginning of the short clip, Senna started by using an ability that saw her surrounding herself in shadows, closely resembling Pyke’s “Ghostwater Dive” which turns the champion invisible, suggesting that she may also have some form of camouflage.
However, it was the champion’s ultimate that caught many fans’ eyes, after Senna fired a massive blast towards her opponents, finishing off a kill and doing considerable damage to the enemy ADC.
There is no telling exactly what each ability does as of yet, but what we’ve seen so far from the future champion suggests that she will likely become a fan-favorite for those who main the support role.
Senna is expected to be added to the live servers following the grand finals of Worlds 2019, as pro players will have plenty of time to adapt to the new champion during the 2020 preseason.
