An insane bug has been discovered in League of Legends, allowing players to ignore certain walls on the map and simply walk through them.
As with any game, League of Legends has seen its fair share of bugs. Most of the time, they are minor and hardly affect gameplay, and even some of the biggest bugs have simply required Riot to disable one or two champions for a short time.
However, a new bug has been discovered that lets players walk through walls, and if used, changes the game completely. It’s unlike any other bug before it, and may even force the developers to briefly shut down the game’s iconic map.
The bug was first noticed at the start of December, when a Fiddlesticks clip went viral, with many thinking it was impossible to recreate. This was not the case, however, as YouTuber Vandiril released a video only a few days later, showing just how easy it was to do.
Although, only certain walls seem to be affected by this issue, with the key areas being the raptors camp, dragon and baron pits, blue buffs, as well as the top and bottom of the river.

Still, being able to walk through the walls in these areas is a massive bug in the game, getting into the dragon or baron pit is a lot easier, and there are many new angles for invades, making the jungle a much scarier place.
Luckily for fans and players alike, the game is currently in its off-season, meaning that professional play is on hold, and season 10 of the ranked system won’t start until January 8. So, while the bug is game-breaking, it at least didn’t appear in the middle of the competitive grind.
Riot have yet to comment on the issue, but they are undoubtedly aware of the bug and are no doubt already working on a fix.
