Karmine Corp’s first season in the LEC has not started well as the French organization bombed out of the Winter Season with only two wins to show for their troubles.
Karmine Corp joined the LEC for the 2024 season after much anticipation. The content creator-ran organization has a multitude of French fans and brought many viewers to its matches in the top League of Legends competition in Europe.
However, the team failed to make a dent in the league competitively in its first Winter Season as it only won two matches, against Sk Gaming and Team BDS, and failed to qualify for the Winter playoffs.
The team will have to wait until the start of the Spring Season, slated for sometime after February, before they can see any LEC action. Yet, the team may not be the same as KCorp is reportedly making changes before the new Season begins.

The veteran League of Legends coach was in charge of Team Vitality, Liiv SANDBOX, and Fnatic before signing on to KCorp in January 2024. The current Assistant Coach Rehareha “Reha” Ramanana is expected to replace YamatoCannon, the report claims.
The report also said the organization is not looking to change its roster ahead of the next split. However, many things could change as the season progresses and other teams also look to make changes.
LEC teams have not been shy about changing rosters between splits, now that there are three of them a year. With the new format leaving the worst-performing teams out of the league for a large portion of the Season, organizations can’t afford to coast on poor-performing rosters.
