If League of Legends players didn’t think they had loads to set their sights on, then they should look no further than the planned changes to champs, items and more coming in patch 9.2
Riot Games are hard at work since coming back from holiday break with a slew of updates that they hope to fit in before the launch of 9.2 and the start of the 2019 competitive season.
In a slew of Twitter updates, Riot Games Product Lead for the Balance Team Richard ‘MapleNectar’ Henkel outlined what the developers hope to have coming in the upcoming update that will see a host of champions receiving some kind of change.
And we're back! Below are some of our targets that we're targetting for 9.2. Worth noting that on top of this we're working on a few larger projects:1. Reducing systemic damage in the game2. Slightly lowering jungle influence3. High MMR game pacing4. Marksmen itemization pic.twitter.com/Z1q8WwXHla

Although very little specifics were given to the whole picture, MapleNectar did sum up what the Balance Team were keen on fixing.
One of the main items that is on the table is the reduction in jungle influence on the map, which has become a bit of a hot topic during the last few patches.
Additionally, more changes will be made to Marksmen as Riot continues the trend set in the 9.1 update to try and improve on the state of ADCs.

MapleNectar clarified that although the changes are definitely planned, whether or not they come out in 9.2, 9.3, or at all remains to be seen.
Worth noting that we've been working on some larger scope work for Irelia that will hopefully give us room to buff her so she doesn't have to sit as low as she does. We're also going to be trying to target changes that let her function more as a top laner rather than mid

Notable changes lie in buffs to the latest controversial champion Neeko, who has already proved to be a headache for a lot of players.
Meanwhile, Galio seems to be so powerful as he’s listed twice under champions to be nerfed.
The developer gave a general layout to what’s planned but the team will certainly have its work cut out heading into the second major patch of Season 9.
