Riot Games announce release schedule for Teamfight Tactics – NA launch delayed

League of Legends developer Riot Games’ counter to DoTA’s Auto Chess, Teamfight Tactics, has been a major hit on Twitch and they just revealed their release schedule, but North American players have to wait a tad longer.

Ever since it’s release into the Public Beta Environment (PBE), Teamfight Tactics has proven it has some staying power as it has been at the top or near the top of the Twitch directory ever since its release.

However, Teamfight Tactics has only been available to PBE members which means there were a lot of players on the outside looking in, wondering when they’d get a chance to play.

Riot Games revealed when players would be able to get their hands on the game for its full release into beta. They explain that with it being in beta it will still receive bug fixes and balance changes daily if needed.

For those in Oceania and Japan, the game releases today on June 25. However, if you’re in North America, you’ll have to wait a day until June 26, a slight change from the expected release date of June 25.

Riot GamesA full release into beta is coming for Teamfight Tactics.

With the release for everybody, there’s surely going to be some server issues as there will be thousands of players rushing in to test out the new game. 

This is likely the reason for having the game starts for the first day being throttled and why there is a level requirement.
