We’ve rounded up each of the new LEGO Harry Potter kits, where you can buy them and how much they cost. Here’s what you can expect.
1. LEGO Harry Potter Talking Sorting Hat — 76429
This LEGO Harry Potter set is a must-have for Harry Potter fans. There’s no doubt about it. Who wouldn’t want a Sorting Hat of their own?
Of course, the brick-built Sorting Hat should be able to – ahem – sort you into one of the four Houses of Hogwarts. Well, if you thought you’d have to use your imagination for the latter, you’d be mistaken. The LEGO-reimagined Sorting Hat can speak. Yup, you read that right.
A first for a LEGO Harry Potter kit, this set features a sound brick, replete with 31 randomized sounds. The latter does, of course, include announcing “Gryffindor”, “Hufflepuff”, “Ravenclaw”, or “Slytherin”. But in which House will you be placed? To quote the Sorting Hat, “Not Slytherin, you say?”
But how does it work? It’s quite simple, really. All you have to do is place the LEGO replica on your head. You can also tip its top to produce one of the sounds.
Once you’ve been designated which House you’ll represent, you can place the LEGO Harry Potter Sorting Hat on the stand that’s included with this kit. The latter features crests of all four Houses. A Harry Potter minifigure, replete with a small Sorting Hat, is also present.
Comprising 561 pieces, this LEGO Harry Potter set was designed for Potterheads aged 18 and up. The completed build measures nine-and-a-half inches tall and seven-and-a-half inches in diameter.

2. LEGO Harry Potter Hagrid’s Hut: An Unexpected Visit – 76428
Ever wanted to pay a visit to Hagrid? Well, this new LEGO Harry Potter kit will allow Potterheads aged eight and up to do just that.
In addition, comprising of the most bricks (896, to be precise) of all the new LEGO Harry Potter sets, it is sure to provide them with an immersive building experience. So, while you click together the bricks of one of the best LEGO Harry Potter Collectors’ Edition sets for adults, the young ones can join in the fun.
This set will also keep them preoccupied with a fun-filled playing experience. You can create your own moments with minifigures of Harry, Hermione, Ron, Draco Malfoy, and, of course, Hagrid. LEGO figures of Hagrid’s dog, Fang, and Norbert the dragon are included.
The completed set features an array of authentic details, inside and out. The former can be accessed via opening up the brick-built hut and by removing the roof. A peek inside reveals items such as Hagrid’s fold-out chair, a dragon egg element, and an umbrella stand.

LEGO offers myriad replicas of some of the coolest cars out there. Take LEGO Technic and classic-car-inspired LEGO Icons models, for example. There are, of course, also an array of LEGO Speed Champions models.
However, can the latter cars fly? No. So, if you ever wanted to take to the skies, it’s best to hop aboard the Weasleys’ flying Ford Anglia.
Although not comprising that many bricks (there are only 165), this kit is sure to provide Potterheads aged seven and up with an enjoyable playing experience. The minifigures of Harry and Ron will undoubtedly help you to create one of the most iconic scenes from the Wizarding World. Figures of Hedwig and Scabbers are also included.
But back to the car. The LEGO version of the enchanted Ford Anglia features opening doors, a removable roof, and space for both minifigures. The trunk can also be opened for you to stow away the included, LEGO suitcases. The completed build measures two inches tall, two-and-a-half inches wide, and four-and-a-half inches long. This set is priced at $14.99.

4. LEGO Harry Potter Hedwig at 4 Privet Drive – 76425
If you are weary of using a postal service, why not send and receive letters via Hedwig? Now that will be neat. You’ll have to buy the paper and quill separately, though.
Comprising 337 pieces, this new LEGO Harry Potter set was designed for Harry Potter fans aged seven and up. Not only will is provide them with an enjoyable building and playing experience, it will look great on display. Standing four inches tall, the LEGO-reimagined Hedwig is posable.
In addition, the set includes a Privet Drive sign, a buildable trunk, and several accessories. This kit is priced at $19.99.
5. LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle Boathouse – 76426
Arrive at Hogwarts in style, just like Harry, Ron, and Hermione did in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. In addition to the trio of Gryffindors, the set includes minifigures of Neville Longbottom, Dean Thomas, and, to welcome you, Professor McGonagall. There are also figures of Hedwig and Trevor the toad.
Comprising 350 pieces, this new LEGO Harry Potter set features a duo of buildable boats, each with space for two minifigures, and a brick-built boathouse. The latter sports a docking bay, a wind vase, and a hiding place for Trevor.
This set was designed for Harry Potter fans aged eight and up. It measures eight inches tall, six inches wide, and four-and-a-half inches deep. This set is priced at $37.99.
6. LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle Owlery – 76430
Like the LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle Bouthouse, this set will look great next to your other Hogwarts-inspired LEGO buildings. The completed build stands 14.5 inches tall, four-and-a-half inches wide, and four inches deep.
Designed for Potterheads aged eight and up, this set comprises 364 pieces. It features minifigures of Harry, Cho Chang, and Argus Filch. There are also five different owl figures, including Pigwidgeon. This kit is priced at $44.99.
7. LEGO Harry Potter Forbidden Forest: Magical Creatures – 76432
Do you dare enter the Forbidden Forest? Well, if you do, you’ll find an array of magical (and sometimes scary) creatures. However, you don’t have to worry too much, because this set features Buckbeak, replete with posable head and wings, and a baby Thestral. A Cornish Pixie figure is also present.
A neat addition to this customizable LEGO Harry Potter kit, it ships with several glow-in-the-dark items. These include a spider figure and a quartet of mushroom elements.
