Lost Ark’s November update is here, the Feast with Friends patch bringing with it heaps of quality-of-life updates, new content and reworks. Continue reading for the full rundown on all the information and full patch notes.
The newest update for Lost Ark has arrived alongside the patch notes, with some major bug fixes and performance reworks landing in the game. While the previous update was all about Halloween, Feast with Friends is a much more clinical update.
Here’s everything you need to know about Lost Ark’s new patch, Feast with Friends.
Reaper Advanced class is here
The new Feast with Friends update adds in a third Assassin Advanced Class. Alongside Deathblade and Shadowhunter, players will now be able to dive into the class as a Reaper. For those who love stealth, the Reaper is the one for you.
Reapers have the ability to summon clones and disappear from sight and are also able to deal damage with their daggers.
Tripod skill tree gets a major rework
One thing that Lost Ark fans have been wanting for months now is a simpler and more structured skill tree system. And while the devs have slowly but surely been working on this change, the new update fully transitions the upgrade system over.
Previously, skill tree effects would transfer over from gear, meaning that in order to gain use of the effect said gear would have to be equipped directly. Now, however, the effects are linked directly to the character’s Skill book. To equip a skill, players now just have to open up the skill tree in the combat menu and select what they want.
And while this new system is likely to have some growing pains, it sounds far less complicated than what Lost Ark had previously set up.
More system reworks and changes across the board
The skill tree isn’t the only thing that got a big overhaul in this update. Things like gold and economy, maps, and strongholds all received a tune-up. As well as fixing up old systems, a brand new feature called Procyon’s Protection has also been introduced.
The idea behind Procyon’s Protection being to help new players learn how to play Legion Raids. This will include things like buffing damage that players can inflict while also reducing the amount of damage received.
