How close do you need to be to hit a Fatality?
Many of Mortal Kombat 11’s Fatalities will ask players to be a certain distance from their opponent. Here are a few quick pointers showing you where you need to be in relation to your opponent:
- Close: Stand right next to your opponent.
- Mid: Stand two backdashes away from your opponent.
- Far: Stand three backdashes away from your opponent.
Best Fatalities in Mortal Kombat 11
With all the Fatalities listed, here is a list of the ones we think are the best looking in Mortal Kombat 11:
Mr Cage’s Neighborhood- Johnny Cage
Johnny has the most fun Fatality in the game as upon executing he punches a hole through the enemy’s body and rips it apart with a kick.
He then uses the upper body part as a puppet and the audience starts throwing tomatoes at him. However, the tomato ends up hitting the puppet instead of him which further adds insult to injury.
Still Got It- Jax Briggs

Jax’s Still Got It is not just brutal, but it’s also stylish. He starts by ripping the hand of his defeated opponent. He then uses the severed hand to hit the jaw of the enemy which in turn rips the head off and tosses it into the air.
He then plays baseball with the detached arm as he hits the falling head from the sky into a homerun.
Bloody Mess- Skarlet
Skarlet is all about blood and the Bloody Mess Fatality is a true representation of that. Upon executing, she uses her magic to draw blood from her defeated enemy. Once the blood gets drawn out, it gets turned into multiple spears.
She then impales the body of her enemy with those blood spears. Finally, she pushes the blood spear in the head to push out the enemy’s eyeballs from the other side.
Kondemned to the Damned- Shang Tsung
This is one of the most brutal Fatalities in Mortal Kombat 11. Upon execution, Shang Tsung suspends the enemy with his magic chains. This then opens up a portal to hell underneath the suspended enemy where a bunch of minions spawn.
The minions rip out the guts of the enemy before eventually pulling out the entire rib cage.
I Heart You
This is another extremely brutal Fatality where Cassie Cage dashes into the enemy and kicks their heart out quite literally. She then places her hands inside the bloody cavity and makes a heart symbol. It is quite comical but captures the essence of what makes Fatalities fun.
Easiest Fatalities to hit
While Fatalities are cool, they can be hard to hit. You have a small window after defeating an opponent and if the button list is complicated, you’ll miss your window. Here’s a list of the ones that are easy to execute due to the simplicity of inputs:
Character | Fatality | Input |
---|---|---|
Sub Zero | Frozen in Time | Forward, Down, Forward, 4 |
Jade | Pole Dance | Down, Down, Down, 1 |
Noob Saibot | Double Trouble | Down, Down, Down, 1 |
Scorpion | You’re Next | Back, Down, Down, 1 |
Kitana | Gore Nado | Down, Down, Down, Down, 2 |
The Kollector | For the Kollection | Down, Down, Down, Down, 4 |
Who has the most brutal Fatality in Mortal Kombat 11?
Noob Saitbot’s Split Decision is the most brutal Fatality in Mortal Kombat 11.
In this one, he uses his sickle to open up the guts of the enemy with their intestines literally hanging out. He then uses his magic to enter the body of the enemy. Once inside, he splits them apart using his hands.
