Overwatch streamer Brandon ‘Seagull’ Larned doesn’t usually get that tilted during games, but one recent teammate managed to make him lose his usually chill composure.
Seagull played for the Dallas Fuel in the Overwatch League during the Inaugural Season, but left the team to become a full-time streamer after the season.
In the League and while streaming, Seagull is considered to be a pretty chill, honest dude, but some teammates, especially in Overwatch, seem to be able to rub anyone the wrong way.
Seagull was one of the most popular players in the Overwatch League before retiring.
“Do you know you’re just a trash can?”
During a Competitive Match on Busan, Seagull had to put up with those Overwatch teammates that just won’t stop talking – you know the ones.
After the talkative teammate began going in on another one of Seagull’s team, the streamer decided he had listened to enough.
“This dude is sitting here talking shit to Abandon, when Abandon probably has a flex account that’s actually higher than he is,” Seagull said while laughing.

“Hey True, you know you’re just a fucking trash can at this game, can you shut the fuck up and please play left click? Jesus Christ I’m gonna avoid you,” the streamer said after his teammate piped up again. “Fucking trash can, see ya.”
The State of Overwatch
Seagull has been consistent is his calls for changes to the Overwatch ranked system in the past, but even though Blizzard has introduced the new Workshop and Replay modes, there’s still no sign of any changes to Competitive play.
Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan did reveal that there would be more changes coming this summer for the game, but didn’t get any more specific than that.
Whatever changes happen to Overwatch, it’s unlikely there can be anything done about teammates who just don’t know when to be quiet.
