Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Dylan ‘aKm’ Bignet exchanged verbal shots after meeting in a ranked Overwatch game.
The two previously competed alongside one another for Dallas Fuel, but it seems there’s little love lost between them now.
Though xQc no longer competes in the Overwatch League, he and aKm are set to clash on a competitive stage at the World Championship playoffs.
xQc will be playing as the main tank of Canada, while aKm is one of the DPS players for France going into the quarter-final match-up between the two nations.
During a recent ranked game on Busan, xQc ran into a trio of Team France players, with aKm playing alongside Terrence ‘SoOn’ Tarlier and Gael ‘Poko’ Gouzerch. The French players were ultimately the victors, taking the game narrowly 2-1.

Unusually, DPS player SoOn actually played as xQc’s opposite number on Reinhardt – a fact aKm was quick to highlight when he and xQc began trading barbs after the game.
xQc responded by saying that “matchmaking won’t save you on stage aKm”, but he wasn’t happy to leave it there. After the lobby ended, xQc sent aKm a direct message to take a shot at the infamous “aKm blade”, a meme about aKm’s slow-charging Genji ultimate, before removing him from his friends list.
The playoffs of the Overwatch World Cup will take place at BlizzCon on November 2-3. France and Canada will meet in the first round of the single-elimination bracket, and the winner will progress to face either China or Finland for a spot in the final.
