A Palworld player has now created an absurd work factory with labor pals that they claim is the endgame for them. Here’s how it looks.
In the time since its release, which was less than a week ago, Palworld has swept the gaming world. The Japanese development team at Pocket Pair created the survival RPG, which has surpassed Elden Ring and Cyberpunk 2077 in terms of Steam player count.
But the game’s allegedly AI-generated elements and striking similarities to Pokemon have sparked debate. Despite this, its popularity continues to soar, as gamers like a “Pokemon with guns” that allows them to capture Pals and use them to strengthen their base and produce resources.
While there is a restriction of three main bases, players are free to get creative with their inventions for putting their Pals to work, as there is no limit to the number of secondary bases. Taking things to a new level, one player built an absurd work factory full of Pal laborers and referred to it as their “endgame.”
Palworld player creates hilarious “endgame” work factory
Rocketyrion, a Reddit user, shared a video in the Palworld subreddit showcasing a workshop they built in-game at one of their bases. Some viewers have compared the facility to an “Amazon Warehouse,” and the film opens with a voice-over and tour of the facility.
The player intends to run their Pals nonstop for 20 hours after setting them to the Super Hardworking level. They claim that the Pal laborers are asked to keep their possessions in the lockers they made outside the subterranean warehouse and are not permitted to take any breaks. They also made some vending machines in the lobby for Pals to use as “snacks”.

Numerous rows of produce and Pals that labor nonstop can be seen in the factory. In low-productivity levels, the player then smashes their Pals with a stick and in extreme cases, they can be punished to death by being thrown off a cliff.
“Palworld Express. Better than Pokemon” reads the signboard at the end of the ridiculous video, which subtly mocks Nintendo. As they observed the absurdity, many players submitted their remarks.
One such user said, “Nah end game is when you have all 4 legendaries on your team and a copy each for working”. Another chimed in, “The beatings will continue until morale improves”. A third added, “Next thing you know them Pals gonna wanna start a union.”
