Palworld players are convinced that everything in the game isn’t what it seems due to one unnerving detail they spotted on the map.
Palworld hasn’t even been around for a month yet, but players have discovered several unthinkable things that were not shown in the trailer. From morbid Pal descriptions to disturbing Pal behaviors, the list goes on.
Even when the game was released in an early access state, players seem to discover new things every day, showing that there’s much more to the whole “Pokemon with guns” premise and things to uncover in the mysterious Palpagos Island.
A Palworld player has recently shared a surprising discovery regarding a detail in the map that has left other players sharing their thoughts and theories regarding the game’s world.
“Anyone else find the line where the sky is stitched together?” asked the player in a Reddit thread, showcasing a clip of the sky that looked split in half.
Seeing this uncanny phenomenon, some players replying in the comments couldn’t help but get reminded of the movie Truman Show.

“Truman Show confirmed,” mentioned one user. Meanwhile, another user wrote, “Good morning, and in case I don’t see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!” referring to the quote from the movie.
For the uninitiated, the Truman Show is a movie about a man who has no clue that his whole life is a TV show, taking place in a “fake” movie set-like island filled with paid actors.
Other players are convinced that they are living inside a Pal Sphere. A user who agreed with this take claimed: “That’s the line that divides the Pal Sphere you live in,” suggesting the whole island is basically just how a Pal Sphere looks inside.
There are also others who think that the whole game is a simulation. Poking fun at this take, one user wrote, “Sorry, but I’m just as real as my Pals… Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go glide from the top of a mountain using a glider made from solid ivory and a tiny tarp.”
