The time-controlling Legendary Dialga was introduced back in Gen 4’s Sinnoh region and first appeared in the mobile game in 2019. However, its Origin Forme debuted a few years ago in Pokemon Legends: Arceus and was recently added to Pokemon Go.

In this scenario, Dragon Breath is better than Metal Claw as it offers a very high amount of offensive damage, while Roar of Time does the same while lacking drawbacks. Remember Roar of Time is an Adventure Effect that can only be obtained at special events.
