Pokemon Go’s Carnival of Love event features a Collection Challenge for players to complete. Here’s what you need to know about it.
The next Pokemon Go event is the Valentine’s Day-themed Carnival of Love, which runs from Tuesday, February 13 through Thursday, February 15.
This event includes the debut of Shiny Oricorio, the option to change Furfrou into its Heart Trim form, Timed Research tasks, and more.
Carnival of Love also comes with a Collection Challenge for players to complete that involves Pokemon that will spawn more frequently at this time. Here’s what you need to know about the challenge and its rewards.

Players who finish the Collection Challenge before the event ends on February 15 at 8pm local time will receive the following:
- 5,000 XP
- 2,500 Stardust
- Roserade encounter
Fortunately, all of these Pokemon (excluding the evolved forms) will spawn much more frequently during Carnival of Love, so you should be able to catch ’em all!
