Another leak has surfaced stating a special raid event, Alakazam Day, will be coming to Pokemon Go in April.
Special raid event
A special raid battle day has been leaked by Gaming Intel which will be called Alakazam Day. The special raid event will take place on Sunday, April 7.
Naturally Alakazam will feature in which will be a three hour raid window. The start time has yet to be confirmed but events such as these usually start between 11am and 1pm local time.
Alakazam shiny
The leak has also stated that the Alakazam shiny variant will be available. While the odds of a shiny encounter aren’t specified, it is believed Niantic will increase the chances of a shiny to anywhere between 1.3% to 5.6% depending on the event.
In addition to this, the leak also states that there will be five raid passes given for free. This means a minimum of five attempts should you be active throughout the three hour window. More raid passes can be purchased.

The leak
The leak comes from the same source that has been correct on previous leaks. These include the Valentine’s Day event, Rayquaza, Deoxys and Dialga.
Plenty of leaks have been proven false but in this case the source is as reliable as it comes.
