The Legendary Giratina is back in Pokemon Go 5-Star Raid battles for a limited time. If you are still missing its Origin Forme, learn its weaknesses and best counters for a chance to catch it.
The Sinnoh Legendary known as Giratina is one of the mightiest Pokemon in the franchise thanks to its dual Ghost/Dragon type combo and incredible moveset.
More so, it has two different forms: Altered and Origin, each with its own particular stats and moves. While Altered Form is more defense-oriented, Origin Forme is ideal for an offensive strategy.
So, if you’re still looking to add Origin Forme Giratina to your Pokemon Go roster, you’re in luck because it has returned as a 5-Star Raid boss and is featured in two Raid Hours.
Origin Forme Giratina weaknesses in Pokemon Go
Origin Forme Giratina is a dual Ghost/Dragon-type Pokemon, which means it’s weak against Ghost, Ice, Dragon, Dark, and Fairy-type attacks.
On the other hand, it is resistant to Fighting, Normal, Bug, Electric, Fire, Grass, Poison, and Water-type moves, so avoid using those as they won’t deal much damage.
