Pokemon Go Rising Heroes season start & end date
Pokemon Go’s Rising Heroes season begins on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 10AM local time and ends on Thursday, June 1, 2023.
New features in Pokemon Go Rising Heroes season
A new feature of the Rising Heroes season is that Roaming Form Gimmighoul is now available to catch when you link your Pokemon Go account to your copy of Pokemon Scarlet or Violet on Switch.
When you send a postcard to Pokemon Scarlet or Violet, you’ll be able to use the Coin Bag in Pokemon Go which attracts wild Roaming Form Gimmighoul to your location for a limited amount of time.
Catching wild Gimmighoul or exploring with one as your Buddy will earn you Gimmighoul Coins. Collect 999 and you can evolve a Gimmighoul into Gholdengo! We’ve for more information about this here.
While this isn’t entirely new, Niantic have highlighted in the new season blog post that all Pokemon can now be found in XXS and XXL sizes. You’ll see a special animation when you encounter these sizes.
Regieleki and Regidrago will debut in Elite Raids
The Legendary Regieleki and Regidrago from Pokemon Sword & Shield will make their Pokemon Go debuts in Elite Raids taking place on March 11, 2023, and April 9, 2023.
It’s been confirmed that Elite Raids will be the only way to encounter these Legendaries during this season. Remember that Elite Raids can only be done in person, so you can’t use Remote Raid Passes.
Willow’s Wardrobe Timed Research
A season-long ticketed Willow’s Wardrobe Timed Research quest will be available to purchase from the in-game shop during Pokemon Go Season 10: Rising Heroes.
