After that, find and talk to the character called Snacksworth at the Blueberry Academy. He’ll be standing near the school entrance’s main desk, on the right side.

Because he’s such a fan of Blueberry Quests (BBQs), he’ll ask you to complete as many as you can in order to get special snacks, which will enable Legendary encounters.

  • For every 10 Solo Quests in Scarlet, you’ll get one random Legendary treat for Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Ho-Oh, Latios, Groudon, Reshiram, Solgaleo, or Glastrier. These Pokemon will also be available in Violet but through Group Quests.
  • For every 10 Solo Quests in Violet, you’ll get one random Legendary treat for Lugia, Latias, Kyogre, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Zekrom, Lunala, or Spectrier. These Pokemon will also be available in Scarlet but through Group Quests.
  • Both versions will have Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Kubfu in Solo Quests. Meanwhile, Rayquaza, Kyurem, and Necrozma will be found through Group Quests.

To capture every Legendary creature in the game, you’ll need to complete at least 130 Solo Quests and 12 Group Quests.

No, the Legendary Pokemon in the Scarlet & Violet The Indigo Disk DLC cannot be shiny.
