Below Deck Season 11 Episode 4 had viewers hooked as its juicy crew drama continued. Here’s a brief recap of the episode titled ‘It’s Always Sunny in Grenada.’
Below Deck Season 11 premiered on February 5 on Bravo TV, and was made available to stream on Peacock a day after. Here are some of the highlights from Episode 4.
The crew beef that viewers thought was settled in the previous episode only got worse in episode 4 of Below Deck Season 11.
Captain Kerry expressed that he was unsatisfied with stewardess Cat’s work, Fraser tried to convince the Captain to let Barbie off the yacht, and Sunny and Ben’s romance died before it even started.
Below Deck Captain Kerry officiates a wedding
After a disastrous first charter in Episode 2, the crew was in for a round two – but this time, they tried their best to not repeat their old mistakes.
Previously, Chef Anthony was called out for running late on the serving schedule, but he made sure that it didn’t happen again. The guests loved what he put out and complimented the food several times.
Afterward, the charter guests wanted a romantic getaway to redo their vows – and one couple wanted to tie the knot near the waterfall. Naturally, they asked Captain Kerry to be their ordained minister.
Before the ceremony, the Captain worked on a speech, which he adorably practiced with his partner on the phone. Jared and Fraser set up the decorations and the guests beautifully exchanged their vows by the waterfall.
Below Deck Fraser just can’t stand Barbie
Barbie’s feud with Cat ultimately destroyed her relationship with the Chief Steward. After being told to be nicer to Cat, Barbie felt underappreciated on the team and started giving attitude to Fraser.
Fraser didn’t take that lightly and went ahead to talk to Captain Kerry about it. He said that Barbie thought “everyone was against her,” saying her attitude towards her work superior was getting worse.
Fraser tried to point out that if Barbie wasn’t axed off the show immediately, her vile attitude was going to spread across the team. However, when asked by the Captain if Barbie was a skilled worker, Fraser couldn’t deny that she had the potential to be a good asset to the crew.
Captain Kerry refused to let Barbie off the yacht so soon and instructed Fraser to work around Barbie’s attitude. He said, “You don’t have to like her. Let’s find a way for her to shine.”
Stewardess Cat got herself a new nickname: ‘Cat-astrophy’
The Chief Stew went soft on Cat when she told him about her past traumas and gave her extra support with the training. However, the newbie was seen struggling badly while serving the charter guests.

Captain Kerry noticed her and went straight to Fraser to discuss this. The Captain overlooked a bad attitude with Barbie, but he was unwilling to overlook unprofessionalism on his boat.
Captain said, “All the mistakes I’m seeing that Cat’s doing… it appears to me that she hasn’t been trained well enough to be doing service tonight.”
Fraser asked the Captain to give her time to adjust as that was her very first service, but it was clear that Cat needed to pick herself up if she didn’t want to be kicked off the yacht.
Below Deck Season 11 boatmances are not sailing
In the last episode, things got heated between Sunny and Ben after partying in the hot tub, and the pair headed down to the cabins to make out.
However, the next day, she finally noticed Ben playing games and decided to confront him directly. Ben saw that Sunny was in a bad mood and asked about it. She said, “You know it’s not just work, you’re being a d*ck. You just stir the pot all the time.”
Ben tried to play it cool and said, “I’m cheeky, I’m Aussie. It’s charismatic.” Sunny was not buying it.
The other possible couple, Jared and Barbie, also hit a dead end. Jared’s quirky personality and his love for his daughter pulled in Barbie enough to start a casual confession.
While the crew was packing up charter guests’ wedding decorations, Barbie confessed to Jared that she liked him a little.
Later in the evening, Jared got heavily drunk and showed a sloppier side of himself that Barbie simply couldn’t accept.
She said, “It’s like one of those situations where you meet somebody, you’re on the first date, and you’re like, ‘I just met my husband!’ And then you go on the second date, and you’re like, ‘No, I did not.’”
After February 5, 2024, Below Deck Season 11 episodes are set to air every Monday at 9 pm ET/PT on Bravo TV and Peacock.
