Barbie Pascual is causing problems with the crew on Below Deck Season 11, and fans are calling out her behavior.
Barbie Pascual just stepped onto the St. David on Below Deck Season 11, and is already making a bad impression on the crew.
The stewardess was frustrated with fellow interior team member Cat Baugh because she wasn’t doing her job fast enough.
Chief Stew Fraser Olender told Barbie to be easier on Cat after she told him she was put in foster care as a teenager.
However, Barbie continued to disrespect Fraser and claimed she had no filter, which caused him to complain to Captain Kerry Titheradge.
Below Deck fans believe Barbie doesn’t know what forgiveness means
Below Deck fans called out Barbie’s behavior on the show and shared their thoughts on Reddit.
“Barbie doesn’t seem to realize that it’s not cool to lack a filter. Saying sorry all the time is ridiculous. Hearing ‘sorry’ repeatedly over the same stuff is even worse,” one fan wrote.
“Especially not when you’re at work. Like everyone needs filters when they’re at work,” another fan added.

A different user chimed in and said, “The thing with people that have no filter and apology a f*ckton amount of times often don’t know that forgiveness is given and not taken. They are the same people that say ‘I said I am sorry’ even though that is only part of the equation of an apology. Often they apology to not be punished and not because they feel sorry.”
Since Barbie grew up with a different upbringing than some of the other crew members, fans feel that she doesn’t know how to take accountability for her actions.
The Below Deck star came from a rich family and had three nannies as a child, and viewers are noticing that she acts spoiled and doesn’t seem to care about other peoples’ feelings.
Fraser has a discussion with Captain Kerry about Barbie in next week’s episode, and they might keep a close eye on her to see if her behavior changes.
Below Deck’s Barbie speaks out following online backlash
Following all of the backlash, Barbie made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! With Andy Cohen admitting that her on-screen behavior is out of line.
Watching back I’m shocked. Like, I know I have an attitude but like, I live in my truth. So, I think that the truth is totally fine, but when I watch back I’m like, ‘Whoa’. “It’s a lot, it’s a big attitude. It needs to get checked. And I’m checking it,” she said on the show.
