However, the most shocking part of the reunion was when Sutton Stracke felt dizzy and started shaking, causing paramedics to intervene.

On X, a fan speculated why Sutton may have fainted while filming the RHOBH Season 13 reunion.
“So it’s been revealed Sutton thought the view behind the reunion set was real the whole day and she fainted from acrophobia (heights),” they wrote.

“It’s actually also why they had to airlift her because she thought she was up the hollywood sign,” another fan chimed in.
