Raquel Leviss is suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix for multiple reasons, and fans are confused about her decision.
Raquel Leviss was deeply affected by “Scandoval” as a mistress in the affair that ended Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s relationship.
According to Deadline, Raquel is taking legal action and suing both Tom and Ariana for sending private videos without consent, eavesdropping, and invasion of privacy.
She accused the show of making her life so chaotic that she had to go to a mental health facility. Therefore, she was unable to return to Vanderpump Rules to tell her side of the story.
Raquel is also pressing charges for the inappropriate FaceTime video Ariana saw recorded on Tom’s phone the night she found out he cheated on her.
Raquel slammed for involving Ariana in lawsuit
Vanderpump Rules fans were confused by Raquel’s lawsuit against Tom and Ariana, and shared their thoughts on Reddit.
“Attorney here… Haven’t read the complaint yet but my initial reaction is that strategy-wise, she should have sued Tom and subpoenaed Ariana as a witness to testify against Tom. She hates Rachel but hates Tom more,” one user wrote.

“Attorney here also, and I agree. This is a tactical mistake on her part. If suing Tom and/or Bravo, she could have maintained her victim status but suing Ariana is foolish,” another fan replied.
“Rachel didn’t deserve to be recorded without her own knowledge. Ariana didn’t deserve to be cheated on for 7+ months. Rachel needed to go only after Tom if she wanted to come out favorably, now she’s going to look like the worlds biggest a**hole AGAIN,” a different fan added.
Even though Raquel didn’t come back for Vanderpump Rules Season 11, she’s been able to reveal her truth on her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue.
Vanderpump Rules fans feel that Raquel knew what she was getting into by having an affair with Tom, but didn’t expect it to blow up her life.
The former Vanderpump Rules star wants to gain control of her own narrative, and is getting lawyers involved because she believes Tom and Ariana exploited her.
Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
