Below Deck Sailing Yacht‘s Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae dated on the show, but their romance ended in a messy heartbreak. Here’s everything you need to know.
Colin and Daisy joined the Below Deck spin-off during Season 2 as Chief Engineer and Chief Stewardess. These two worked together with their First Officer, Gary King. Colin and Daisy felt attracted to each other when they met but didn’t start dating until Season 4 when Colin had broken up with his girlfriend.
However, Gary and Daisy who hated each other when they met, had a spontaneous hook-up during Season 3. Daisy later clarified that it wasn’t anything serious.
At the Season 4 Reunion, Colin admitted to hooking up with Daisy before the filming but he made sure to clear the air with Gary. He said, “I rang Gary, and I told him, I said, ‘Hey, bro, I just wanna know how you feel.’ He was stoked about it.” The pair then posted a photo of them on Instagram making it official.
Gary, Colin, and Daisy’s messy love triangle
Gary continued to flirt with Daisy during Season 4 while being aware of her relationship with Colin. He further complicated things by admitting to sleeping with Daisy before Seasons 3, a fact that Colin was unaware of.
This put Daisy in an awkward spot as Colin felt that he should’ve been made aware of the fact. It seems afterward their relationship dwindled into accusations of cheating and the couple broke up before the season reunion.

Season 4 Reunion turned out to be chaotic for the trio and ended with Daisy storming out. Colin admitted: “This is why the relationship turned toxic, because you can’t reason with this woman. I have realized that and I ended things with her.”
Last the three were seen publicly at the Bravocon and were stopped by US Weekly for an update.
Colin said, “We were getting rushed in different directions [at BravoCon], but we hugged. She hugged me back. We were great friends before everything went down so I feel like we can get back there fairly easily.”
Below Deck Season 11 is underway this February and the episodes are available to stream on Peacock.
