Who is Carson Daly?
Carson Daly is among The Voice’s OG faces, since he joined the series during its very first season. As the host, Carson plays a role in maintaining the energy of the show along with providing commentary, interviewing contestants, and announcing results.
Carson’s upbringing most likely influenced his early interest in media and entertainment, considering his father, Jim Daly, was an actor, and his mother, Pattie Daly Caruso, was a TV personality.

Even before joining the show, Carson had been a well-known TV personality and radio DJ, hosting MTV’s Total Request Live in the late 90s.
He also hosted numerous other shows, including NBC’s ‘Last Call with Carson Daly’, a late-night talk show that premiered in 2002 and NBC’s morning show ‘Today’.
Apart from his hosting career, Carson is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a production company named 456 Enterprise & Entertainment in 2017.
In his personal life, Carson is an advocate for children’s health and vocal about his mental health struggles with Genralized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
