Hi-Rez’s answer to the battle royale phenomenon, Real Royale, is coming to console next week, the developer has revealed.
The popular alternative to the likes of Fortnite and PUBG attracted over four million years during its early access period on Steam and is now set to enter Beta testing on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The testing stage will begin as a Closed Beta on both consoles, allowing the developers to work on feedback before making it available for everyone in an Open Beta.
According to Hi-Rez, keys for the Closed Betas will be available soon. The company’s partners at Microsoft and Sony will be running promotions that will allow players to express an interest in the game, but you can also sign up on the official Realm Royale site.

It is currently uncertain how many Closed Beta keys will be sent out, or how long it will last before entering the Open Beta stage.
