The first week of the Thursday Realm Royale $100,000 Tournament put on by KEEMSTAR and Hi-Rez Studios will feature high-profile streamers, YouTubers, and other personalities from across the gaming community.
Following the success of the weekly ‘Friday Fortnite’ tournament series hosted by KEEMSTAR, the ‘Drama Alert’ host announced that he will also be running tournaments for the increasingly-popular ‘Realm Royale.’
Opposed to the Friday Fortnite prize pool of $20k, Thursday Realm Royale will boast a $100,000 Prize Pool which will be delegated between 26 teams-of-two – at least for the first week of competition.
Week One will include streamers such as Ninja, Shroud, Summit1G, CouRage, NoahJ456, and many more, with teams needing to play a total of 10 rounds to decide the winner.
The first installation of Thursday Realm Royale will take place on Thursday, July 19 at 4:00 PM EST (1:00 PM PST, 9:00 PM BST), with live scoring and standings available via the link below:

Rules
“Each week, players from NA and EU will be invited to compete in Duo matches. These invited players will be able to choose their Duo partner for every tournament.
Here’s a quick rundown of the format for KEEMSTAR’s Realm Royale tournaments:
- Tournaments are hosted by KEEMSTAR
- Duo teams from NA and EU
- Teams will play 10 games, all hosted on NA servers
- Points work similar to golf in that a lower number is a better score
- Teams receive positive points based on their placement as a team in a match
- Each elimination a team achieves will earn them a negative point
- Positive and negative points will be calculated for the overall score”

For these weekly tournaments, 30 players from NA and EU will be invited to compete in Duo matches, and these invited players will choose a partner to compete with.
