Evil Geniuses have been called ‘disgusting’ following the announcement of a Chevron-sponsored collegiate Rocket League tournament.
On October 25 Evil Geniuses revealed that they would be hosting the Chevron Collegiate Cup with a $2,500 prize pool.

This decision to host a tournament, so shortly after dismissing one of the org’s tournament organizers due to lack of support, has raised eyebrows among the esports community.
