All the Physical 100 winners and eliminations, with the results of every quest across the Netflix reality series and the overall winner.
The Korean reality series Physical 100 took Netflix by storm. The premise is simple: Phycial 100 contestants of varying ages, physiques, and genders, go head to head in grueling challenges to win lots of money.
“Over nine episodes, these brawny demigods who tout an unreal amount of strength will go head-to-head, faced with challenges such as dangling from a bar suspended above a pool to Ssireum — a traditional form of Korean wrestling,” the steaming platform wrote.
With the Physical 100 narrator talking us through to the end of Season 2, here are the winners, eliminations, and quest results.

Physical 100 Quest 0 results
Quest 0 was technically a pre-quest challenge. Contestants were forced to hang from a metal frame by their arms for as long as possible, and the winners gained a “privilege” in the first official quest.
They were split into two groups, meaning there were two winners.
Winners
- Kim Min-cheol
- Kim Kyeong-bae
Kim Min-cheol managed to hang for the longest time, so he was the overall winner when it came to getting the advantage in the next challenge.
Eliminations
There were no eliminations in this round of Physical 100.
Physical 100 Quest 1 results
Quest 1 had a 50% survival rate. Contestants were pitted against each other in a one-on-one fight for possession of a ball. Whoever was holding the ball when the time ran out won the quest.
They had a choice of two arenas: one was a playground with many obstacles to climb and hide behind, and the other was a sandy pool with nowhere to run.
Those eliminated were forced to smash up the white molds of their torsos with a hammer.

Physical 100 Quest 4
Quest 4 was a “team relegate match”, where the remaining 20 contestants were split into four teams of five and forced to compete in five different games. The winner of each game progressed into the final, and only five contestants could make it to the final.
The teams each selected a delegate to compete in the games, which were based on ancient mythology.

The first game was “The Punishment of Atlas”, in which contestants were forced to hold up a large rock until one was left standing.
Game 1 Winner
- Jo Jin-hyeong
Game 1 Eliminations
- Kim Kang-min
- Shin Bo Mi-irae
- Kim Sik
Game 2: The Fire of Prometheus
The second game was “The Fire of Prometheus”, and contestants were tasked with running through an obstacle course in repetition to grab a torch. Only the person holding the last torch would win.
Game 2 Winner
- Park Jin-yong
Game 2 Eliminations
- Dustin Nippert
- Seol Ki-kwan
- Miracle
Game 3: The Wings of Icarus
The third game was “The Wings of Icarus”, in which contestants were forced to climb a rope over and over again until only one contestant was left climbing.
Game 3 Winner
- Kim Min-cheol
Game 3 Eliminations
- Son Hee-dong
- Song A-reum
- Kim Da-young
Game 4: The Tail of Ouroboros

Game 4 Winner
- Woo Jin-yong
Game 4 Eliminations
- Jeong Han-saem
- Cho Jung-myung

Physical 100 Quest 5: The Final Quest
The five survivors who competed in the final quest of Physical 100 were Jo Jin-hyeong, Park Jin-yong, Kim Min-cheol, Woo Jin-yong, and Jung Hae-min.
They were forced to compete in four “cruel” games, with the contestants standing in a “pentagonal formation until it becomes a dot” and one being eliminated every game.
To make this simple, we have listed all the games and eliminations. In the final game, we’ve confirmed who won (meaning they won the overall competition) and the last elimination.
Game 1
Kim Min-cheol was eliminated.
The first game was a five-way tug of war, with all contestants trying to secure a key in front of them in order to unlock their padlock.
Game 2
Jo Jin-hyeong was eliminated.
The second game was called the “square flip.” It was simple: the remaining four contestants split into teams of two and tried to flip as many squares as possible. One side was white and the other was black, and whoever had the most of their respective color when the timer ran out won.
Jung Hae-min and Park Jin-yong won the first time, leaving Jo Jin-hyeong and Woo Jin-yong to go head-to-head to progress to the third game.
Game 3
Park Jin-yong was eliminated.
The third game was a triangle shuttle run, with the remaining three contestants forced to run back and forth between their start point and the “next apex” before the next start signal (like the bleep test, basically). The contestant who couldn’t make it back to their original point before the next signal lost the game.
Game 4
Woo Jin-yong won Physical 100, while Jung Hae-min was eliminated in the final game.
The fourth and final game was infinite rope-pulling. The two contestants had to pull the rope until it was loose, grab the other end of the rope, and then destroy their opponent’s torso.
Woo Jin-yong became the winner of Physical 100 at this stage.
Physical 100 is available to stream on Netflix now. You can also find even more amazing new movies, TV shows streaming, true crime documentaries, and K-dramas to watch.
